Patent for a steam engine with permanent vacuum pressure turbine, which comprises permanently circulating steam under pressure, moving the turbine 7, from the vacuum chamber 1 to the pressure chamber 2, using axial, high-suction pumps 3 actuated by high-rotation gearing 18, or electric motors; partial condensation of the jet of steam obtained by spraying water in the vacuum chamber 1, and aspirated to the pressure chamber 2, maintains the water level 20 oscillating and the steam escaping via the tube 30, to the injector nozzle 8, this level 20 is subjected to pressure in order to flow to the receptacle 21 of the heated resistance elements 23, and the excess is expelled to the radiator 5 in order to be cooled and reused again in spraying 15; initial start-up uses a gas boiler 27, which, accumulating the steam with pressure on the blades of the turbine 7, produces energy in advance for the system and consumption. In another version, based on circulation of the steam supplied by an external source, the already described boiler 27, the injected steam requires more heating in the injector nozzle 8 thereof in order to expand the volume, causing acceleration of the turbine 7 and greater cooling in the passage via the cylinders of the pumps 3, by an external radiator 4, causing wetting of the internal steam which is then heated in the injector nozzle 8. In another version, the turbine 7 is replaced with a motor unit using the parts already described, the accumulated steam under pressure is distributed via tube 17 over the pistons, actuating the crankshaft 9 with transmission to the injection and exhaust valve control system; the gears 4 and 18 of the pumps 3 having the option of electric motors, using energy supplied in advance from the actual system; the steam under pressure expanded in the cylinders of the pistons moves the shafts 36 and connecting rod 35, causing rotation of this shaft 9, then the generator 6 and load traction 10.
