<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillation device capable of stable resonance even with an optical resonator with high finesse, and capable of emitting stronger laser light than a conventional device by storing laser light in the optical resonator. <P>SOLUTION: A laser oscillation device comprises an excitation laser light source for generating excitation laser light, a fiber amplifier for generating laser light with a desired wavelength when the laser light generated in the excitation laser light source is supplied, an optical resonator, an optical isolator interposed between the optical resonator and the fiber amplifier and guiding the laser light from the fiber amplifier into one of the optical resonator while blocking the laser light in the opposite direction, a photoperiodic circuit taking in the laser light emitted from the other of the optical resonator and returning the light into the optical resonator via the fiber amplifier and the optical isolator to promote resonance, and a modulator for modulating the amplitude of the laser light in the photoperiodic circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
