<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficacy enhancing agent composition for agricultural chemicals which is easily subjected to preparation and which has excellent wettability (uniform adhesion) and sticking tendency to agricultural chemicals. <P>SOLUTION: The efficacy enhancing agent composition for agricultural chemicals includes (A) a sorbitan fatty acid ester surfactant, (B) a rosin polyoxyalkylene adduct or a quaternary ammonium salt surfactant expressed by formula (B1), and (C) a glycol ether solvent expressed by R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>-O-(CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O)<SB POS="POST">n</SB>-H[in the formula, R<SP POS="POST">5</SP>denotes a 1 to 6C straight chain or branched chain alkenyl group or a 2 to 6C straight chain or branched chain alkenyl group; and n is 2 or 3].
