<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical distribution management server device which allows an order receiver to swiftly know the completion of acceptance inspection. <P>SOLUTION: A physical distribution management server device 110 connected to computers 200, 300 and 400 of an order receiver, an orderer and a carrier via a network has a database 141 for storing progress information on physical distribution, a database 142 for storing acceptance inspection term information. The device performs operations of; (1) receiving progress information from the computer of the order receiver or the orderer or the carrier and storing it in the progress information database 141, (2) generating acceptance inspection request information including inspection term information by referring to the progress information database 141 and the inspection acceptance information database 142 when receiving transportation completion information from the carrier's computer 400, and transmitting the acceptance inspection request information to the orderer's computer 300, and (3) receiving acceptance inspection completion information transmitted from the orderer's computer 300 in response to the acceptance inspection request information, storing it in the progress information database 141 and transmitting the acceptance inspection completion information to the order receiver's computer 200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
