<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the troublesomeness of operations on both an image forming apparatus and a portable terminal and manipulations to search for and select an image forming apparatus from a portable terminal. <P>SOLUTION: From an information processor, printing information and account information for secure printing are received (S902). Authentication information is received from a portable terminal by communicating with the portable terminal (S907). A user of the portable terminal is authenticated by comparing the account information with the authentication information (S909).
