<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a molding resin composition from which a tool holder having high mechanical strength and impact resistance, high water and moisture resistances and excellent dimensional stability can be formed. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises: a first kneading step 11 where a phenol resin and cotton yarn or cotton cloth are kneaded under heating to prepare a resin-impregnated fiber material in which the phenol resin is impregnated into the cotton yarn or cotton cloth; a drying step 12 where the resin-impregnated fiber material prepared by the first kneading step 11 is dried; a first cooling step 13 where the resin-impregnated fiber material dried by the drying step 12 is cooled; a second kneading step 14 where the resin-impregnated fiber material cooled by the first cooling step 13, a phenol resin and glass fibers are kneaded under heating to prepare a molding resin composition in which the resin-impregnated fiber material, the phenol resin and the glass fibers are mixed; and a second cooling step 15 where the molding resin composition prepared by the second kneading step 14 is cooled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
