<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating compressor capable of simply positioning an eccentricity rider ring with respect to a piston. <P>SOLUTION: The reciprocating compressor 1 includes a cylinder 3, a piston 5, an eccentricity rider ring 7, a rod 11 having a screw section 9, and a crosshead 13 with the screw section 9 being screwed thereto, and sets the clearance C with the fastening amount with respect to the crosshead 13. In the compressor 1, a plurality of fixed sections 17 to which a positioning member 15 for positioning the eccentricity rider ring 7 with respect to the cylinder 3 at the position in the circumferential direction are provided on the outer circumference of the piston 5. The plurality of fixed sections 17 are constituted to position the eccentricity rider ring 7 so that the wall thickness in the direction of the load applied from the piston 5 may be larger than the wall thickness opposite to the direction of the load by the positioning member 15 fixed to one fixed section 17 out of the plurality of fixed sections 17 when the clearance C between the cylinder 3 and the piston 5 is within the permissible range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
