<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new reinforcement method which is capable of reducing work by qualified persons and quickly assigning manpower and is advantageous when shortening a construction period and reducing a construction cost. <P>SOLUTION: A drill screw 26 or a driving rivet is driven to parts on both sides in the width direction of a steel plate 60 respectively matched with a second plate part 6204, and the second plate part 6204 is temporarily fixed to parts on both sides in the width direction of the steel plate 60 respectively (a process of temporarily fixing the second plate part). A first plate part 6202 of each erection piece 62 temporarily fixed to the steel plate 60 is matched with a flange 5202 of angle steel 52, positioned, and temporarily fixed by a drill screw 26 or a driving rivet (a process of temporarily fixing the first plate part).
