<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange complexes in objective shape by a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: A method for preparing cyano-crosslinked metal complexes is provided, the method performs a first and second complex preparation steps on a substrate (1) which is formed in an insulating resist part (3) formed on the surface of an electrode part (2) and also has an opening part (3a) exposing the surface of the electrode part (2) to the outside. In the first complex preparation step, a first deposited part (6) composed of the crystals of Prussian blue type cyano-crosslinked metallic complexes is prepared on the opening part (3a) by electrodeposition while the substrate (1) is immersed into a first solution containing alkali metal ions, transition metal ions and cyano complex ions. In the second complex preparation step, a second deposited part (7) aligned in the crystal orientation of the first deposited part (6) is prepared on the surface of the first deposited part (6) by electrodeposition while the substrate (1) is immersed into a second solution different from the first solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
