<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device which can prevent generation of a liquid pool in the outside of a cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid supply device includes the cylinder 1 which encloses a viscous fluid L and is provided with a supply opening of the viscous fluid L, a piston rod 2 which is installed in the cylinder 1 and moves forward in the axial direction to push out the viscous fluid L from the supply opening, and a sealing mechanism 4 which seals an opening 8 on the opposite side of the supply opening in the cylinder 1 and presses the piston rod 2 from the radial direction. A pressing force to the piston rod 2 of the sealing mechanism 4 is different between at the time of the forward movement of the piston rod 2 and at the time of the backward movement thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
