<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device capable of reducing the quantity of signaling from a base station when changing a primary cell during carrier aggregation. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication device capable of communication using carrier aggregation comprises: a receiving unit for receiving signaling to change setting of a component carrier set; and a component carrier setting unit for changing the setting of the component carrier set. The component carrier setting unit, if the signaling includes an instruction of changing a primary cell among one primary cell and a plurality of secondary cells constituting the component carrier set, and if a scheduling cell identification parameter indicating the primary cell and set each of the plurality of secondary cells does not correspond to any of identification information assigned to the primary cell and identification information assigned to each of the plurality of secondary cells, assumes identification information assigned to the primary cell after changing as the value of the scheduling cell identification parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
