<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual input apparatus which can selectively impart three types of operation feelings to a single rotary operation member, and which also facilitates height reduction of the entire apparatus while preventing an increase in size. <P>SOLUTION: A manual input apparatus in which a rotary operation member 2 is rotated at the time of inputting comprises: a cam plate 3 which is provided with first to third cam parts 3a, 3b and 3c on both front and rear surfaces and an outer peripheral surface, respectively; a rotary operation body 4 for mode switching which is arranged concentrically with the rotary operation member 2; a lifting member 6 which rises/lowers when the rotary operation body 4 is rotated; and a leaf spring member 7 which has first to third elastic contact members 7a, 7b and 7c engageable with the first to third cam parts 3a to 3c, respectively. The cam plate 3 is integrated with the rotary operation member 2, and the cam parts 3a to 3c have shapes different from one another. Further, the leaf spring member 7 is held by the lifting member 6, and the first to third elastic contact members 7a to 7c selectively engage with the corresponding cam parts 3a to 3c in accordance with a lifting position of the lifting member 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
