<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the correspondence relation of a logical page (LP) in a nonvolatile memory composed of physical blocks (PB) including a plurality of physical pages (PP) and the PP by writing simple information in each PP. <P>SOLUTION: Data is written in a writing sequence from the first PB among PBs to the last PP, and page management information including information indicating an LP corresponding to each PP from the first PP to a PP with the data written therein is written in the PP. When specifying a PP in which the latest data corresponding to each LP is written, page management information in which the writing sequence is written in a subsequent PP is referred to preferentially among pieces of page management information written in a PB. Information included in the page management information is arranged in a predetermined arrangement sequence, and when a plurality of pieces of information indicating the same LP exist, information of a subsequent arrangement sequence is referred to preferentially. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
