<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology which allows efficient cooling of electronic components such as an image sensor while avoiding expansion of a circuit scale. <P>SOLUTION: Included components are: a circuit board; electronic components installed on the circuit board; and a cooling part which is placed in the vicinity of the electronic components, absorbs moisture in the air and vaporizes moisture utilizing the heat emitted by the electronic components to cool the electronic components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
