The present invention relates to the plate assembly of a compressor valve interposed between a cylinder block and housing, and comprising a valve plate at which an intake port is disposed, an intake reed at which a plurality of guide projections are disposed to open or close the intake port, a first guiding groove disposed at the cylinder block corresponding to the guide projection, and a front gasket interposed between the cylinder block and the intake reed. According to the present invention, compressor noise caused by self-excited vibration of the intake reed is prevented since the natural frequency of the intake reed is lowered by narrowing or removing the neck connecting the intake reed with the valve seat.
