The present invention relates to an EMP protection cabinet for preventing permanent damage of electronic equipment, such as communication equipment and computer servers dealing with important data, due to a strong electromagnetic pulse generated during an explosion of a nuclear or electronic bomb, which flows into the circuit of electronic equipment via a power line or diverse signal lines depending on the magnitude of the electromagnetic pulse. The EMP protection cabinet, according to the present invention, comprises: a case formed by connecting and six-sided assembling iron plates, which are made from conductive material, into one body; a door, which is made from the same material as the case and is coupled to one side of the case with a hinge; ventilators, which are installed on another side of the case to allow the passage of air and block the electromagnetic pulse; a wave filter, which is installed at an inlet of a power line from a power device, and is mounted on the outer surface of the case to filter the electromagnetic pulse that flows into the case through the power line; and an optic cable guide pipe, which is attached by insertion into the case and protects against EMP in the optic cable by preventing the inflow of the electromagnetic pulse. |
