<p>Disclosed is a preparation method of a milk beer drink. The method is as follows: preparing by weight proportions 10 to 70 servings of a yogurt, 15 to 80 servings of water, 5 to 20 servings of a juice, 3 to 10 servings of a sweetener, 0.3 to 0.6 servings of a stabilizer, and 0.1 to 0.3 servings of an acidifier; mixing before preheating to a temperature between 55 and 60°C homogeneously; performing pasteurization; cooling to a temperature between 20 to 50°C; adding 1 to 3 servings of a yeast; maintaining a temperature between 20 to 50°C; fermenting for 6 to 24 hours; pouring the mixture into a sealed container; maintaining a temperature between 20 to 40°C; refermenting for 4 to 10 hours; obtaining the milk beer drink after sterilization. The yeast is a preservation registered yeast, Kluyveromyces marxianus var.marxianus (CGMCC NO. 3781), or a mixture thereof with a brewer's yeast and a fermented milk Candida.</p> |
