The invention relates to a load and/or transport cart in the form of a scooter which has at least three wheels, a handlebar, a loading platform and a footboard which can be swung up and locked, wherein the two front wheels are equipped with an inclination mechanism for absorbing the centrifugal force during cornering, and wherein the handlebar is fixedly connected to the loading platform via two steering columns. The load and/or transport cart (1; 1a) comprises, under the loading platform (4; 4a), a triangular steering plate (5) and, below the latter, a front part (6; 6a) of the footboard (7; 7a), wherein the steering plate (5) has a bore (10), a groove (9) in the shape of an annular segment, an elongated hole (12) and two opposite ball heads (14,14a). The ball heads (14, 14a) are located in an articulated manner in a bearing at one end of the steering lever (19, 19a) and, at the other end, in a bearing for a further ball head (18, 18a) of a triangular swinging fork (17, 17a), on the stub axles (15,15a) of which the front wheels are rotatably mounted, wherein the swinging forks (17, 17a) are respectively mounted rotatably on the loading platform (4; 4a) via pivot pins (16, 16a), and wherein the steering axis (X-X) is located in front of an imaginary axis (Y-Y) and can be deflected to the left and right by the steering angle of 45°.
