<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure suction performance of a capillary. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing biosensors of the present invention includes: a sheet material formation step of forming a sheet material 62 having a plurality of biosensor forming portions 60 each of which includes a first substrate 12, a second substrate 14 laminated together with the first substrate 12 and forming a capillary 44 for sucking a sample solution between a front end part of the first substrate 12 and the second substrate 14, and a hydrophilic layer 26 formed in at least an area facing the capillary 44 on the second substrate 14; and a cutting step of obtaining a plurality of biosensors 10 by cutting the front end of each biosensor forming portion 60 of the sheet material 62 from the side of the first substrate 12 by a blade 74 so that a front end of the capillary 44 is opened to front end surfaces 12A and 14A of the first substrate 12 and the second substrate 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
