<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of efficiently introducing working fluid into a battery case, and efficiently adjusting temperature of a battery cell due to the working fluid. <P>SOLUTION: On passage forming members 31 and 41, circulation passages 31a and 41a for circulating cooling air are formed, and introduction ports 31b and 41b respectively guiding the cooling air from the circulation passages 31a and 41a to ventilation ports 22b of battery cases 21 are formed. On the passage forming members 31 and 41, blocking portions 31c and 41c intercepting the outflow of the cooling air from the circulation passages 31a and 41a toward a clearance between the adjacent battery cases 21 in a parallel direction are formed.
