<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a material-to-be-fixed to a glass plate by simply and easily attaching/detaching an expansion wire rod to/from a coupler. <P>SOLUTION: A coupling device includes a pair of couplers 4 and an expansion wire rod 5. The coupler 4 is made of a wire rod thin enough to be rotated in the state of being inserted between packing 1 and a glass plate 3. The thin wire rod has a glass rim locking portion 11 provided at a leading end of a coupling line 10 and has an attachment/detachment coupling portion 12 provided in a portion exposed from the packing 1. The coupler 4 makes the glass rim locking portion 11 held by being locked to an outer peripheral edge of the glass plate 3 and by being pressed against a surface of the glass plate 3 by the packing 1. The coupling device couples the expansion wire rod 5 to the coupler 4 coupled to an opposed portion of the glass plate 3, and attaches a material-to-be-fixed 6 in the state of sandwiching it between the glass plate 3 and the expansion wire rod 5. Both ends of the expansion wire rod 5 are provided with freely deformable coupling rings 21, and the expansion wire rod 5 itself has elasticity which enables elastic expansion/contraction. The coupling rings 21 provided at both the ends are coupled to the attachment/detachment coupling portion 12 of the coupler 4 coupled to two locations of the glass plate 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
