<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of improving operability when rotationally moving a second housing to a first housing and mitigating an impact by the second housing to the first housing. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes: a rotational movement guide member 7 for connecting a second housing 2 to a first housing 1 so as to be rotationally moved into a horizontal direction state and a vertical direction state; and an energizing member 8 for energizing the second housing 2 in the direction of turning it to the vertical direction state when it is in the horizontal direction state, energizing the second housing 2 in the direction of turning it to the almost horizontal direction state when it is in the vertical direction state, and being in a neutral state and minimizing energizing force when the second housing 2 is in the state of being obliquely inclined at an almost intermediate position. Thus, the movement of the second housing 2 is started smoothly by the energizing force of the energizing member 8, and the second housing 2 is rotationally moved smoothly.
