<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone array that yields high directivity by adding audio signals output from microphone units in a simple circuit configuration without using an adder. <P>SOLUTION: Unidirectional microphone units 10a-10e are arranged linearly in a row with their main axes parallel to each other and at predetermined intervals in a direction orthogonal to the main axes in a state in which diaphragms exist on the same plane. From one end 10a through the other end 10e of the row of the capacitor microphone units, a source electrode S (an output terminal of an audio signal) of an FET device 12 is connected in series sequentially to the diaphragm side of the capacitor microphone unit 10 in the neighboring next stage.
