<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation device in which the presence or absence of a lubricant applied on an inner circumference face of a stopper can be easily checked and the amount of the lubricant applied on the inner circumference face of the stopper can be stabilized. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration isolation device 1 includes a first bracket 4 to be mounted on a vibration-receiving body and having a cylindrical stopper 41, a mounting body 5 disposed at one side of the first bracket 4, an elastic body 6 elastically connecting the first bracket 4 and the mounting body 5, a second bracket 8 disposed in the other side of the first bracket 4 and mounted on a vibration-generating body, and a connecting body 9 fixed to the second bracket 8 and loosely inserted inside the stopper 41 to be connected to the mounting body 5.
