<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas blowing device capable of more surely removing shot particles remaining after shot blast processing at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The gas blowing device 30 is located at the downstream side from a shot blast device 20 in the conveying direction A of a processed material W, and blows gas to the processed material that is processed by a shot blast device. The gas blowing device includes: a conveying part 10 for conveying the processed material; an upstream side gas blowing part 31 for blowing gas to the surface of the processed material conveyed on the conveying part; and an downstream side gas blowing part 41 located at the downstream side from the upstream side gas blowing part in the conveying direction to blow gas to the surface of the processed material conveyed on the conveying part. Gas injection pressure from the downstream side gas blowing part to the surface of the processed material is set higher than that from the upstream side gas blowing part, and a gas injection flow rate from the upstream side gas blowing part to the surface of the processed material is set larger than that from the downstream side gas blowing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
