摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal crimping method for an aluminum wire which can prevent a failure due to increase of electric resistance generated by oxidation of a contact point in a case of connection of an a aluminum terminal to connect the aluminium wire from a motor and a power source. <P>SOLUTION: In the terminal crimping method of an aluminum wire 14, the aluminum wire 14 is inserted into a recessed part 15d of a crimping part 15e of an aluminum terminal 15 to crimp the aluminum terminal 15 onto the aluminum wire 14. A cutoff material 25 to block a gas penetration is backfilled in the recessed part 15d of the aluminum terminal 15, and a tip 14b of the aluminum wire 14 is inserted into the recessed part 15d of the aluminum terminal 15. An outer peripheral surface 15g of the crimping part 15e is compressed thereby the aluminum wire 14 and the aluminum terminal 15 are crimped with the cutoff material 25 included between the tip 14b of the aluminum wire 14 and an inner peripheral surface 15m of the crimping part 15e of the aluminum terminal 15 as well as between a plurality of aluminum element wires 14c and 14c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
