A system for the transmission and the reception of touch screen related data, a data transmission technology in particular. A transmission command confirmation process is included in a data transmission process in a first microprocessor system of a data transmission smart tool; if a piece of operation motion information on an image by a user is judged by the transmission command confirmation process to match a preset data transmission command, then a preparation is made to start a data transmission related to the image. A reception command confirmation process is included in a data reception process preset in a second microprocessor system of a data reception smart tool; if the piece of operation motion information on the image by the user is judged by the reception command confirmation process judges to match a preset data reception command, then data reception is started. The image related to the data received is generated on the page whereon the user is executing the operation action. As operations formerly necessitating the user to perform separate executions are now executed by process control, the user operation procedures are simplified, and the operation speed is increased.
