<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform information collection. <P>SOLUTION: An information collecting system comprises a meter and an information collecting terminal device for collecting measurement values measured by the meter. A light-emitting part in the meter outputs visible light. When a control part receives information of requesting a measurement value from the information collecting terminal device, the control part controls the light-emitting part to output visible light on which the measurement value measured by the meter is superimposed. Then, a light-receiving part in the information collecting terminal device receives the visible light output by the light-emitting part, and a visible light communication control part extracts the measurement value superimposed on the visible light from the visible light received by the light-receiving part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
