<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt hinge mechanism which is inexpensive, excellent in assembly performance, and surely suppresses a radio noise. <P>SOLUTION: A column bracket 17 of a gear housing 14 of a steering column is turnably supported by a pivot member 19 including a bolt 29 and a color 28 through a bush 32. The bush 32 includes: an insulating part 34 made of insulating resin; and a tubular conductive part 35 including conductive resin. The insulating part 34 and the tubular conductive part 35 are fit so that they cannot relatively rotate. The tubular conductive part 35 make contact with an inner periphery 33a of a supported hole 33 of the column bracket 17 and an outer periphery 28a of the color 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
