<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caisson method for efficiently assembling segments and press-fitting caissons, and effective caisson assembly equipment to be applied to it. <P>SOLUTION: On the lower surface of a press-fitting beam 4 for press-fitting the caisson 2, a carrier device 10 for carrying in the segment in a vertical attitude, horizontally carrying it along the circumferential direction of the caisson and guiding it to an assembly position is provided. The carrier device is configured to make a main trolley 14 travel by a rail 11 installed on the lower surface side of the press-fitting beam. The rail 11 comprises a linear carry-in rail 12 and a main rail 13 in a circular ring shape along the circumferential direction of the caisson, and the main trolley is made to travel over them. The main rail 13 is a double rail by an inner rail 13a for making an inner trolley 15a travel and an outer rail 13b for making an outer trolley 15b travel, a traveling beam 16 is disposed between them, and the main trolley 14 is made to travel between the carry-in rail 12 and the traveling beam 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
