An LED back light module (200) for a liquid crystal display device comprises a plurality of setting areas and a plurality of lamp-string groups. The setting areas (202) are respectively corresponding to a plurality of display screen areas of the liquid crystal display device. Each setting area (202) comprises a plurality of sub setting areas (202-1) used for respectively illuminating a part of the corresponding display screen area. Each lamp-string group of the lamp-string groups comprises a plurality of LEDs (10). The LEDs (10) of each lamp-string group electrically connect to each other in series. The LEDs (10) of each lamp-string group are respectively arranged in each sub setting area (202-1) of different setting areas. Meanwhile, each of the sub setting areas (202-1) in which the LEDs of each lamp-string group are arranged respectively is not adjacent. |
