The present invention discloses a neighbor cell automatic configuration method in a mobile network, which includes the following steps: control parameters are set and sent to a radio network controller (RNC); the neighbor cell automatic configuration is realized by the RNC according to the control parameters; wherein, the control parameters are set and sent to an element management system (EMS) by a network management system (NMS), and sent to the RNC by the EMS; or, the control parameters are set directly by the EMS, and sent to the RNC by the EMS. The present invention also discloses a neighbor cell automatic configuration system in the mobile network, wherein a neighbor automatic configuration unit is for realizing neighbor automatic configuration according to the control parameters in the condition that the RNC has received the set control parameters. By the method and the system of the present invention, automatic configuration is realized, which is simple and easy to execute, and the complexity is reduced. |
