The point (1) has a stretchable strain relief (15) applied on a tensile substrate (7). An electrical contact (13) is provided between a polymer-based electrical conductor (3) and an electrical conductor (5) that is made from metal. A gap (23) is provided between a polymer-based electrical conductor and another contact point, where the polymer-based electrical conductor crosses transition of the strain relief to the tensile substrate. The gap is filled with air, a resilient material or a resilient and a non conductive material. A strain relief substrate (11) is made from polyimide. The tensile substrate is provided with an element made from one of silicone, thermoplastic, polyurethane, and polymer. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an elongation-sensitive resistor transmitter comprising an elongation-sensitive, resilient tensile polymer-based electrical resistant element for receiving a mechanical stimulus.
