PURPOSE: An image sensor is provided to have a ramp signal generating circuit which is strong against noise. CONSTITUTION: A band gap reference unit(410) provides a reference voltage with a predetermined voltage level. A storage unit stores the reference voltage. A switch(SW1) selectively connects the storage unit with the band gap reference unit. A ramp signal generating unit generates a ramp signal by receiving the reference voltage. The ramp signal is generated after the switch is turned off.
