PURPOSE: A short tester of a bobbin apparatus is provided to perform a short test for a high voltage and a low voltage flowing in a plurality of bobbins. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit includes a main power supply and a test relay connection part. The main power supply is connected to one side of a slip ring(110) to short-test lines of a plurality of bobbins and supplies total power to a tester. The test relay connection part receives a power source of the main power supply and transmits the power source to a test relay part. A low voltage test relay part(200) performs a short test for a low voltage in a circuit by using a photo coupler input mode for fast signal processing in short generation. A high voltage test relay part(300) performs the short test for a high voltage. The high voltage test relay part discharges a charging voltage generated in the circuit in test. A CPU receives a signal of the low voltage/high voltage test relay part and determines and output the short of a bobbin apparatus.
