PURPOSE: A voice coil motor is provided to improve the shock resistance of a base by improving the bobbin and base structure and preventing the thickness of a base from thin. CONSTITUTION: A mover comprises a bobbin(150) and a coil block(190). A female screw part(112) fixing a lens is formed in the inners side of the bobbin. A boss(132a) is formed in the bottom of the bobbin. The coil block is fixed by a protrusion(115) which is formed in the lower part of the bottom of the bobbin. An elastic member(200) comprises a first elastic member(210) and a second elastic member(220).
