PURPOSE: A producing method of stir-fried bar rice cake using fruit juice is provided to add herb flavors to the rice cake, and insert the fruit juice to sauce. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of stir-fried bar rice cake using fruit juice comprises the following steps; boiling and drying sea tangle; frying the dried sea tangle after cutting using a puffing machine; crushing the fried sea tangle into powder having the particle size of 0.1-1 cubic millimeter; installing a double supporter on the upper side of a container(40) filled with water(30), inserting the sea tangle powder(10) on an upper supporter, and inserting herbs on a lower supporter before steaming the ingredients at 70-80 deg C for 30 minutes; kneading the sea tangle powder with watery grain syrup for 30 minutes; mixing the sea tangle powder with heated rice powder; molding bar rice cake from the obtained dough, and cutting; and mixing the obtained bar rice cake with sauce containing sea tangle water, apple or pear juice, red pepper paste, soy sauce, and other ingredients. |
