PURPOSE: A unit pixel and a pixel array including the same are provided to effectively reduce reset noise in a CMOS image sensor of a global shutter function with which it is difficult to perform a true CDS(Correlated Double Sampling) operation. CONSTITUTION: A pixel signal generating unit(110) comprises a transfer transistor. The transfer transistor generates charges based on an optical signal. The transfer transistor transfers the generated charges to a floating diffusion node. The pixel signal generating unit generates a pixel signal based on the amount of charges. A feedback unit(120) a feedback signal by comparing the pixel signal with a reference voltage signal. The feedback unit provides the feedback signal to the pixel signal generating unit.
