PURPOSE: A developing cartridge and an image forming device with the same are provided to have a plurality of terminals which faces a recording medium transfer route. CONSTITUTION: A charging unit(114) charges a photosensitive medium. A developing agent transfer member(123) supplies a developing agent of the photosensitive medium to form a visible image corresponding to an electrostatic latent image. A cleaning unit eliminates a developing agent remaining on the photosensitive medium after the visible image is transferred on a recording medium. A memory unit stores developing cartridge information. When a developing cartridge is mounted in the image forming device, the memory unit includes a plurality of terminals which contacts a connection unit of a substrate arranged on the bottom of the image forming device.
