PURPOSE: An electronic paper display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to activate the movement and rotation of a display device by vibration and to transfer the vibration of a vibration unit to a display unit. CONSTITUTION: A display device layer(30) is formed between a first substrate and a second substrate. A plurality of indicating devices is arranged on the display device layer. The optical character of the display device is changed by voltage which is applied to the first and the second electrodes. A vibration unit(40) is formed on the first and the second substrates. The vibration unit applies vibration to the display device.
