PURPOSE: A forest image reading and precise forest map construction system and a method thereof are provided to easily perform the backup of the precise forest map through an edit process. CONSTITUTION: A storage server(20) constructs a plurality of attributes in a database. The storage server compresses a forest image. A plurality of client terminals(10) searches for the forest image from the server. The client terminals display the searched forest image on a screen. The client terminals read out the searched forest image and manufacture the precise forest map. A backup server(30) updates the precise forest map.
