PURPOSE: Fog preventing apparatus and method for a bathroom mirror are provided to indirectly contact hot water to the back of the mirror using a heat transferring unit. CONSTITUTION: A fog preventing apparatus for a bathroom mirror comprises the following; the bathroom mirror installed on the wall of a bathroom; a heat transferring unit(20) preventing the generation of fog by transferring heat to the bathroom mirror using hot water; and inlet/outlet pipes for flowing hot water into the heat transferring unit. The heat transferring unit is installed on the rear side of the bathroom mirror for indirectly transfer heat from the hot water to the mirror, and includes a heat radiating unit(21), an inlet pipe(22), and an outlet pipe(23).
