PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement a light solar cell module by using polyurethane. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of solar cells(3) are arranged on the upper side of a lower polyurethane layer(2). An upper transparent polyurethane layer(4) covers the upper side and the lateral side of the solar cell. The upper polyurethane layer is formed on the upper side of the lower polyurethane layer. A transparent self-recovery paint coating layer is formed on the upper sides of the plurality of the solar cells. A thickness ratio of the lower polyurethane layer and the upper polyurethane layer is 2:3. A metal rod is inserted into a frame unit of the solar cell module.
