FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmic drops providing an anti-inflammatory effect and containing the following components, weight/volume %: (a) diclofenac sodium 0.05-0.7; (b) gamma-cyclodextrin 1-10; (c) polyvinylpyrrolidone 1-20; and (d) benzotonium chloride 0.002-0.01 or benzalkonium chloride 0.002-0.005, pH is at the range from 7.0 to 8.5. Anti-inflammatory drops can contain diclofenac sodium at the broad range of concentrations, they are stable for the long time and show weakly expressed irritating effect only.
