PURPOSE: An electricity roaster is provided to prevent an overheating of a roster body because transferring heat generated from a halogen lamp is prevented by an outer insulation case. CONSTITUTION: An electricity roaster(A) comprises a roster body(10), and a bottom cap(70). A control box(11) is joined to a side of the roster body's outer periphery. A blower(12) is joined another side of the roster body. The roster body comprises a second through hole(102), a sill(103), and a discharge guide(105). The second through hole is formed in the central of the roster body's bottom plate(101). A bottom cap having a discharge fan(710) is joined to the sill. In the state that the center of the discharge fan is accorded with a eighth through hole(701), the discharge fan is joined. The discharge guide is formed in the bottom of the roster body which is right above the discharge fan. The discharge fan of the bottom cap comes in contact with the discharge guide of the bottom plate. The blower is joined to an inflow duct(73).
