PURPOSE: A device for opening and closing a moving object like a blind is provided to increase the use convenience by freely opening and closing a blind, a shutter, a door, and a shielding film on a bent part. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening and closing a moving object like a blind comprises a wire(100), balls(200), a pipe(300), and a transfer device(400). One end(210) of the wire is connected to a moving object like a blind, and the other end of the wire is fixed to the ground through an elastic spring(220). The balls are held in the pipe with the wire and comprise passages. The pipe is formed from an elastic material and holds the wire and the balls.
