<p>A proximal end of a coolant nozzle is inserted into a large-diameter portion provided at an end of a shaft's coolant passage. The coolant nozzle is urged toward the distal end thereof, by a coil spring, and is prevented from coming out, by a stopper screw. Provided at the distal end face of the coolant nozzle is an O-ring, as a sealing member, that contacts to the periphery of an opening to a coolant passage of a tool holder. The O-ring may be easily replaced because the O-ring can be removed together with the coolant nozzle after the removal of the stopper screw.</p> |
