The method involves extending web-like fully synthetic non-woven material in a running direction by introducing side folds (1f) and longitudinally welding the parallel edge portions (1a,1b) of the material with respect to the running direction, to form a tube-shaped portion having openings (5). The edge portions are processed with the side folds so as to form a bag, and are folded. A cover is attached with respect to the opening (5) to form a block. The web-like material is reinforced transversely to the running direction, with the weld portions (2). An independent claim is included for block bottom bag. |
