摘要 <p>An assembly (100, 400) for a magnetocaloric refrigeration unit includes a magnetocaloric core (102, 402). Electromagnetic coils (104, 406) may be wound around the magnetocaloric core (102, 402). The assembly (100, 400) further includes one or more cooling structures (1608) to extract the waste heat generated from the electromagnet coils (104, 406). In some embodiments, the assembly may include one or more magnetic yokes (106, 408) disposed at the longitudinal ends of the magnetocaloric core (102, 402). At least one of the top surface and the bottom surface of the magnetic yoke (106, 408) is provided with a micro-channel structure (202). In other embodiments, the assembly may include a coil housing (108, 410) disposed around the electromagnet coil (104, 406). The coil (108, 410) housing includes cooling structures (1608) such as, but not limited to, a microchannel structure, a fm structure, and a heat pipe structure.</p>
