PURPOSE: A non-aqueous electrolyte is provided to restrain the swelling phenomenon of a battery, and to improve the charging/discharging cycle lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A non-aqueous electrolyte comprises ionizable lithium salt and organic solvent. The non-aqueous electrolyte comprises a compound containing 1-10 parts by weight of containing a vinylene group or a vinyl group on the basis of 100.0 parts by weight of total non-aqueous electrolyte, and a dinitrille compound containing 10-300 parts by weight of an ether bond in chemical formula: NC-R^1-(O-R^2)m-O-R^3-CN on the basis of 100.0 parts by weight of the compound containing a vinylene group or a vinyl group. In the chemical formula 1, R^1, R^2, and R^3 is C1-5 alkylene or alkenylene, independently, m is the integer of 1-5.
